Because of the controversy surrounding the prewrath position, we
understand that some will not want their full names used (it is
strange that this situation should occur within the fellowship
of believers, but brothers and sisters in Christ are actually
experiencing persecution, including fear of losing their jobs,
for publicly embracing the prewrath position). We want to create
a forum for discussion while maintaining your privacy. Unless
you specify otherwise, all comments will be printed with first
names only.

I received my book today. It is
excellent. I have already read 75 pages, and I can't put it
down. Thanks again, and God bless.
Andrew
Thanks for the prewrath info. It seem so obvious
when viewed in the light of all scripture. The other views only
seem to make sense in pieces. Prewrath makes sense with the
whole of scripture.

change to our new email address [removed] so I won't miss any
issues! THANK YOU! I enjoy and appreciate your newsletters. I am
convinced that the prewrath rapture view is correct, but it's
not easy to change the long-held views of people in my
congregation. I am trying, little by little to open people's
minds to what the Scripture says about the end times.
Thanks for your work.
It's nice to receive encouragement from like-minded people.

Thanks for your
great website! I'm coming out of the pre-trib rapture fog that
I was raised in and my church is totally immersed in. I'm
seeing I've been confused my whole life about passages in
scripture such as 2 Thessalonians 2. When you're in a high
school youth group and you're told that what the Bible says is
not really what it means, it's pretty confusing!
I now teach at a small Christian school that has some of the
hardest and most rebelious kids I've ever seenand they all
believe in the pre-trib rapture! This is going to be my last
year teaching. Every day, I feel like I'm entering a battle zone
when I go to the school.
I'm praying that the Lord will lead my husband and I to a church
where the Bible is honored and no man's teaching is placed in
importance right along side the Bible. I do not want to bring
division. I'm honestly afraid for the very sincere people who
see even questioning the truth of the pre-trib rapture as (at
best) being very liberal. What an irony that things could be so
twisted!
I really appreciate the site and will be visiting often Nancy,

You are so welcome. It's really neat to hear stories like
yours. It makes all the effort worth it! You might want to visit
our discussion group, as well. It's called Prewrath Only, and
it's a wonderful place for fellowship, discussion, and
encouragement. URL is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/prewrathonly/.
As for churches, we get this quite a bit. Most evangelical
churches, especially Pentecostal churches, have pretrib as part
of their doctrinal statements. This does make it difficult. But
there are some denominations, such as Evangelical Free, Baptist,
Nazarene, and Free Methodist, among others, that do not have
pretrib as part of their doctrine, and these churches allow a
wide variety of different views. You may want to plug into the
discussion group and ask for other recommendations. Strong Tower
Publishing will also be keeping a running list of churches
teaching or openly supporting prewrath on its Other Prewrath
Resources page.
Dear folks, I have written
to you previously and fully support the timing of the rapture as
presented by H. L. Nigro. As an added thought, did you know
that:
The words "moon" and "blood"
in the same sentence occur only three times in Scripture. The
first time is in Joel 2:31 and that specific reference is
described by the author as the DAY OF THE LORD. The second time
is in Act 2:20 and that specific reference is described by the
author as the DAY OF THE LORD. The third time is in Revelation
6:12 and that specific reference is NOT described but the
attendent verses and wording allow no mistake but that the
author is describing THE DAY OF THE LORD. How beautifully our
Lord uses the language of Scripture to unfold His ways. Joseph
Last winter, I was on my way
to work listening to Word-FM as Dave Baker was interviewing H.
L. Nigro on the morning show. I really enjoyed the program and
had been meaning to buy her book, Before God's Wrath, but
have been preoccupied with other issues needing my attention.
Now that end-times prophecy appears to be unraveling before our
eyes regarding current world events [written in relation to the
September 11, 2001 disaster], I feel the time is ripe for me to
purchase a copy of H. L.'s book. Thank you and may God richly
bless you for your boldness in speaking the truth in love.

I am a Christian who has
been discouraged with the pretrib teaching for some time now. I
am a member of a church that professes that belief and I teach
the adult Sunday school class in that church. I stay away from
eschatological issues, mainly because to question the pretrib
rapture is to question what my brothers and sisters think is a
distinctive of orthodoxy.
I have been flirting with an
amil view, until I read Nathaniel West's The Thousand Year
Reign of Christ, which has convinced me of a real
millennium. I have also read Gundry and others. I am now reading
your book. It is quite good and it almost has me convinced that
the prewrath view is most correct. However, I still have some
problems with dispensational interpretations in general and lean
toward an historic premil position.
I just want to compliment
you on how clear you present your message and how well you back
up what you say with scripture. Whether I am in prewrath camp or
posttrib is of little consequence, but the pretrib view is
wrong. I saw that when first introduced to it. It just isn't
therenot in the texts that the pretribbers use to show it. I
wanted so much to believe that position, but I couldn't buy it.
(I would rather believe what the majority of people in my church
believe, but I have nothing to stand on.) I even joined the
Conservative Theological Society and read all that I could on
the pretrib rapture. I couldn't see it. It just isn't there. So
I gave up. I decided to go with my reading of the scripture and
came up with a post trib rapture, and now I am refining that.
Some day this information may be useful to other believers,
especially if we see the signs listed in Mat. 24 . Bob
We totally enjoyed the book
because it provides a look at the pre-wrath position from a
woman's perspective. It also differs from the writings of
Rosenthal and Van Kampen and thus gives a further basis for
discussion. Ronald
Keep up the good work! God
bless. Thanks for your web site. When I found out you were a
woman, I was pleased. I have believed the prewrath position for
many years now, but the men whom I have talked to about it
dismissed me as irrelevant. I am a housewife, not a theologian.
When did pastors and Bible teachers forget that the Holy Spirit
is our teacher for all true believers? Anyway, God has always
encouraged me to continue my studies, no matter who listens. My
husband and I have just moved to the Dallas/Ft Worth area and I
have been accepted to Dallas Theological Seminary. They already
know my pre-wrath view since I had to address it because of
their pre-trib view. I was a bit surprised they accepted me, but
I am willing to be a light to this Christian environment with
the truth of the end-times. Keep strong in the Lord. Jean

Sounds like you wrote my
introduction, Jean! Best of luck at Dallas Theological! H.

I'm so glad that there are
more and more people like you coming forward to speak the truth
about what the Bible says about the end-times. If people would
only believe what is so plainly said in the Bible, there would
be no need for books explaining the end times! But I do pray a
blessing for you and your book, and I pray it gets into the
hands of those who love the truth more than their own comfort
and security. As it says so wonderfully in the book of
Revelation: "They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by
the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so
much as to shrink from death" (Rev. 12:11 NIV). The LORD is
preparing His church for the coming persecution. We can plainly
see it in China, the Sudan, Indonesia, the Middle East, and
various other places.... It will only get worse. But God will
have a pure and spotless bride for His Son. Nothing less will
do. And as the Bible states so clearly in so many ways, God's
refining process does involve fire.... Don't stop writing! I
imagine there are other things that you have in store for a
church that is starving from malnutrition due to too much junk
food. It is time that the main course is served to God's people.
No more twinkies. It's time to roast the fatted calf! God told
His disciples to feed His sheep. Blessing to those who feed them
the pure truth of God's Word! God has called you to feed His
sheep, as well. From what I can tell, you are doing a fine job!
May the Lord bless you greatly! Ron
You are telling the truth .
Great to see it in the Church of today. Many things we have been
taught concerning the end times are not correct. The Rapture is
just one of them. D. C. Bray
I just love this website.
Your [evangelism] stories are so encouraging to me to look for
opportunities to witness. I can honestly say that I have not
been a witnessing sort of person, but want desperately to be. I
have spent way too much time reading these stories and need to
get back to my family, but I just had to let you know how
wonderful they are. You are an inspiration to a 30 yr old
housewife in Texas! Anna
Never have I came across a
site so informative about the end times. As many times as I have
read Revelation I still learned a few things from your site. As
the time of the end grows near I am trying to ready myself so
that I am able to ready others. I am a sinner, probably one of
the worst sinners there is. However with every truth from the
Holy Book and sites like yours I take one step closer to truly
knowing God and being able to lead others to Him. I will be
visiting your site often. Also I am starting my own site and
would like to link to your site as soon as I upload it and would
like for your site to maybe link mine. Only with your permission
though. Thanks again for the knowledge. Benjamin
Thank you for checking my
web site. I truly enjoyed yours. Especially the pre-trib test. I
wish I could get some people I know to take that test. Steven
I have just finished reading
the above book by Mrs. Nigro. Excellent read. I have been a
follower of Marv Rosenthal's ministry for 10 years and have met
with him once. I have diligently studied prophecy for 20 years
and am a staunch believer in the pre-wrath view. I have
published a newsletter called "VisionWatch" for seven years
dealing with a variety of end-time issues. I would like to call
your attention to one in particular. It has been a burden on my
heart for my fellow believers that they do not fully comprehend
the danger that they will be in during the 70th week. I speak
specifically of the possibility of their "denying the Lord"
either through word or capitulating to the Antichrist through
their taking the mark. I firmly believe that their eternal
salvation is at stake. I wrote an extensive article on this
subject years ago including some 15 verses in the New Testament
that support this doctrine. I would exhort you to prayerfully
study this subject and see where the Lord leads. If I can be of
any help, please let me know. The verses are as follows: Col
1:21-23; 1 Tim 1:19,20; 2 Peter 2:20-21; 1 Tim 4:16; 2 John 7-9;
2 Tim 2:12; Matt 10:33; Heb 3:6,14; Heb 10:38,39; James 5:19,20;
Heb 6:4-6; Luke 8:13; 1 Tim 4:1; Matt 24:13; Rom 11:16-25; Rev
14:9-11. Joseph
Just wanted to say thanks
for the excellent web site. I am currently working on an
expository and devotional commentary on the Book of Revelation
from the pre-wrath perspective. The commentary is not a detailed
explanation of the position, but uses the prewrath view as the
schematic for its development. I'm glad that others such as
yourself have taken up the banner and published on this
important subject. Dave, Rochester, NY
Cool website! Michelle,

Thank you for having courage
to publish a book that is most needed, and will probably NOT be
welcome in all camps that call themselves Christian. James

Wow! I've just taken a look
at your web site. I'm so impressed. And so thankful that the
Lord has rescued you and will use your amazing talents and gifts
for his glory. Betsy, Athens, OH
I believe the pre-wrath
postion. I was pretty firmly pre-trib until I read The Sign and
our pastor did a teaching on the topic. One question I have
though: how is it that the Philadelphian Church can be expected
to be spared the worst of the Tribulation? Isn't that just pre-trib
lite? Also, I think that once Anti-Christ signs his treaty with
Israel, that most of Christianity will recognize their mistake
and abandon the pre-trib position. I can't see them following
the Seal Judgements and still expecting a rescuing Rapture.

I came across a page that
discussed your book and had comments by Marv Rosenthal, who I
respect greatly. Since Marv liked your book and endorsed it, I
figured it'd be a worthwhile read... :-) I do really like the
PreTrib test. It's quite well done. Charles, Charlotte, NC
What a thrill!
It's hard to find men that are willing to tackle the second
coming. You are the first woman I have found to dive in and
truly search prophecy! I find this very encouraging. Thank you.
With your book, along with Rosenthal's and Van Kampen's (and of
course the Bible), I have |
